Fresas con Crema means “strawberries with cream.” It’s a snack served by the cupful that’s made with juicy strawberries and fluffy whipped cream! We grew up enjoying this sweet treat from snack shops around our hometown and making it for dessert at family gatherings.
We created these delicious Grain Free Fresas con Crema Cookies to be as sweet as our childhood nostalgia around fresas con crema, and made them into cookies with thoughtfully selected ingredients, so more people can enjoy. ¡Buen provecho!
Grain free flour blend (almond flour, tapioca flour, arrowroot flour, cassava flour, chickpea flour), coconut oil, powdered sugar, coconut sugar, cane sugar, strawberry powder, avocado oil, coconut milk powder (coconut milk, tapioca maltodextrin, and acacia gum), sea salt, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, jasmine tea extract, pecan pieces.

United StatesVery few packaged sweet treats get strawberries and cream right, but these are amazing! I've been enjoying sprinkling some crushed freeze dried strawberries on top of them for a stronger strawberry punch. But they're great on their own too.

I’ll be adding these to a monthly subscription. For someone who is adamant on ingredients, it doesn’t get much better. These are my fave treat when I have a sweet tooth! Delicious
